JOIN OUR TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS!

Dear CIE Parents,

The Nominating Committee for the 2023-2024 school year was formed at our February PTA meeting. The responsibility of the Nominating Committee is to fill the PTA slate with chairperson(s) or members for each committee. All positions are open for consideration. The chairperson(s) are responsible for directing, coordinating and managing efforts under a particular committee while the members are responsible for assisting committee chairs with planning and task. If you are interested in being considered for a position, please contact a member of the nominating committee listed below.

Below is a list of some of the positions and a brief description of their roles:

One co-chair to coordinate the volunteer schedule, inventory control and special events including Family Night & Extended Hours Night. This requires at least one late night commitment. We are looking for a minimum of two co-chairs.

Career Day - Reach out to CIE parents and local leaders to participate in our Career Day. Communicate with presenters and create a schedule for the day. Host a welcome breakfast for presenters the day of the event.
